Our kitchen is open and serving sandwiches, salads, and wood-fired pizzas! We are now open for dinner Thursday-Saturday until 8 pm.

Our organic brick-oven breads are baked daily. Here is our daily bread schedule:

Available 7 days a week:

9-Grain, Sourdough, Ciabatta, Focaccia, NC Whole Wheat Sourdough, 3-Cheese Garlic and Basil, French Baguette, Seeded Dark Rye (Only by special order, 48-hour notice)

Monday:

Cranberry Walnut, Olive Rosemary

Tuesday:

Raisin Pecan, Swedish Rye

Wednesday:

Cranberry Walnut, Caramelized Onion Asiago, Jewish Rye

Thursday:

Cranberry Walnut, Grits Levain

Friday:

Olive Rosemary, Raisin Pecan, Fougasse, Bread of the Month

Saturday:

Cranberry Walnut, Swedish Rye, Fougasse

Sunday:
